As an MGM property, you can stack with this Amex run promo for an additional $70 credit and 15% back. There seems to be some debate as to whether the 15% is a special booking rate, or a statement credit for spending at the resort. I have seen reports of people getting the statement credit, but YMMV. See the full thread here. The $70 seems quite clear though, if you look at the promo “How it works”, it clearly states “4. … if you spend $600 or more, receive $70 back on your statement”

The timing of this is great for me. We have a family weekend trip to Vegas planned for early September and I just used this to book the City Corner Suite accommodation. For my dates the rate was $219 a night but with the $70 Amex Credit (assuming our total reaches $600, which is likely after resort fees and taxes and probably a couple of meals billed to the room) and $50 resort credit it should come in at a very good price for an 811 square foot suite with separate bedroom and kitchen. Vdara does not have a casino, and happens to be 100% non-smoking, which actually makes it a great base for a family. It’s connected to Aria, and close by to Mandalay Bay and Bellagio. Expect a trip report in September

    • If you do not have a credit card, I sugegst using a prepaid debit card. I have been selling on ebay for 2 years with out a credit card or bank account. Use paypal to collect your money, then attach your prepaid debit card to it and be able to pay for your items and transfer your money to and from your paypal account. I use netspend as my prepaid card provider and they are very good. Check them out at .If you need some tips and ideas on selling on eBay, I just bought this book that is pretty good on the subject. Its only $15 and you can get it at Was this answer helpful?
