Seychelles using Miles and Points

Destination Guide: Seychelles

The Seychelles – an archipelago of primarily granitic islands in the Indian Ocean off the East coast of Africa – is another wonderfully exotic that is as  beautiful in real life if not even more so than the thousands of idyllic pictures to be found in the media. The granite base creates the dramatic rockscapes that typify the area along with beautiful golden sandy beaches. My wife and I first visited the Seychelles on our honeymoon way back in the year 2000 and had a fantastic vacation. This was actually our first ever paid business class trip back in the days when British Airways flew there via Nairobi (where we also spent part of our honeymoon on safari). Today there are very few airlines flying to the Seychelles but there are some and it is still possible for the miles and points collector to get here and stay here in style. In fact the general inaccessibility of the islands is one of the main reasons it is so unspoiled, and it is very possible to find some of the best beaches in the world here literally empty.

When clicking on the link to ‘staying there’, it takes me to the Maldives page.
    Fixable?

    • MilesAbound

Ooops, my bad. The staying guide is in draft, I will fix and publish as soon as I get the opportunity. Stay tuned!

      • The link still sends me to the Maldives.
